Dodgy internet knocks £40k off the value of a home

We worked with the team at Speed Communications to create an angle for Eutelsat, the owner of Konnect – the satellite broadband service.
With people more reliant on the internet than ever before, we looked at how much poor internet would impact of the value of a home and found a dodgy connection would wipe £38,902 off the market value on average.
In the most expensive town in the UK, Virginia Water, Surrey, where the average asking price is £1,400,000, sellers would miss out on almost £225,000.
